By planting your flag below a cgtopia-post you become one of the 'owners' of that article and are rewarded according to the popularity of that page.
Every person that visits the page leaves 1$ for the owners. So this means that if you are one of the owners you get 1$ for each person that visits the page.

Vorige week lanceerde Warner Bros een nieuwe Facebookpagina die zeker een kijkje en een 'like' waard is. WB Classic Animation creëerde de pagina omdat ze (net als 99% van de animatiewereld) hun goudhaantjes, The Looney Tunes, digitaal hebben gerestaureerd. Een schitterend plan als je 't mij vraagt, aangezien velen van ons zijn opgegroeid met de personages uit de reeks.
Het resultaat is vanaf 25 oktober te bewonderen op Blu Ray en DVD en kan volgens mij wel eens een ideaal nostalgisch geschenk zijn voor onder de kerstboom.

Tom & Jerry
Twee van de meest bekende figuren in de Warner Bros-reeks zijn uiteraard Tom & Jerry. Terwijl er langs de ene kant een vreselijk slechte animatie van het duo op komst is, lijkt deze restauratie toch best geslaagd en het leuke is dat WB ook een video postte met daarop een leuke vergelijking tussen de oude en nieuwe Tom & Jerry. Het uiteindelijke resultaat is binnenkort te zien op de Tom & Jerry Golden Collection Blu-Ray en DVD.
